About BSA Troop 207

Since 1927, BSA Troop 207 has attracted boys from the Hopkins, Minnetonka, and Wayzata school districts in the Twin Cities metropolitan area of Minnesota. Boy Scout Troop 207 is part of the Mustang District in the Northern Star Council, and is chartered by St David’s Episcopal Church in Minnetonka, Minnesota. We are affiliated with Cub Scout Pack 207 located in Hopkins, Minnesota.

 

Troop 207 has been recognized as a BSA Centennial Quality Unit and uses the eight Methods of Scouting to achieve the Aims of Scouting; character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness.

 

 

 

 

Troop News

The up coming campout is going to be at St. Davids, we are doing our annual Merit Badge weekend lock in, its where you earn an already selected Merit badge for the weekend and complete the badge before you leave, traditionally Saturday is "field trip day" where you go to a place that can help show you that a specific requirements asks, we are offering three Merit badges this year

Also Friday Night is a NEW PARENT MEETING  6:30-7:30 with Mr. Barta

 

we also need lots of VOLUNTEERS! for Saturday Morning Breakfast and the Saturday FAMILY DINNER 4:00-5:30 if you are intrested in helping out contact Mr Aanestad!

To celebrate the Anniversary of Scouting there is going to be an "Adventure Base 100" what will you see and do? Plenty and you won’t miss the mammoth 18 wheeler truck, if you spot it on the High way. You’ll recognize it by the scenes of scouting in action, as well as the anniversary logo and legend write large on the side: "100 Years of Scouting: Celebrating the Adventure, Continuing the Journey, Don’t miss the virtual Adventure Base tour
